These Terms and Conditions relate to Digital Product sales; for our Events Terms and Conditions please refer to the bottom of the event pages.

By purchasing Digital Products through this site, you are agreeing to these terms and entering into a contract with AIDELSELL SRL https://lineage2dex.com/, registered in Romania with registered number 37540638 ('lineage2dex').

Country of Merchant Domicile: Romania.

VAT is chargeable on applicable products if you are based in the EU and you agree to inform us correctly of your country during registration.

Return, refund and cancellation policy: Our policy is not to offer refunds on Digital Products. Should you consider your situation to be a special circumstance then please get in contact with us and we shall consider your individual request. In the event that we do issue a refund, your access to the project will be closed.

Delivery policy: Digital Products bought through the Store are delivered via Lineage2dex.com

Lineage2dex reserves all other rights.

You are responsible for any local sales taxes.

Privacy: we take your privacy very seriously. If you opt in to receive information about related Digital Products from lineage2dex, we will occasionally email you about that. Other than that, we will only contact you in direct relation to the items you have purchased from us. We will knever sell or rent your details..

Disrespectful behavior towards staff members is strictly prohibited. Punishment: Severe – temporary to permanent hardware ban.

Admins may mute or restrict Discord access if behavior is inappropriate or harmful.

Use of bots, drivers, automation tools is forbidden. Punishment: Ban; repeat = permanent ban.

Account sharing is at your own risk. No punishment, but GMs won't assist with theft recovery.

Exploiting bugs/glitches is forbidden. Punishment: Permanent ban.

Sharing exploit info (except to staff) is forbidden. Punishment: Moderate.

Prohibited: slander, racism, terrorism support, RL threats, etc. Punishment: Warning to ban.

Impersonating staff. Punishment: Severe.

Offensive names. Punishment: Medium – moved to GM room until renamed.

Additional Violations: 4.4. Insulting admin – 300 mins mute

Challenging admin decisions – 300 mins mute

Counter-advertising – 1000 mins mute

Advertising other servers – 1000 mins mute

Insults in Hero chat – 120 mins mute

Repeated abuse – 60 mins mute

Insulting relatives – 120 mins; 2nd = 300 mins

Ethnic/racial hate speech – 60 mins

Talking about bots/bugs publicly – 60 mins

Saying you're quitting – 1000 mins

/4.15. RMT – 9999 mins mute + ban

Spam bots – 3x = 1000 mins, then ban

Admin may block harmful accounts without explanation

Don't block NPCs or paths with your store. Punishment: Minor.

RMT of accounts/items is forbidden. Punishment: Permanent ban. May include permanent ban by HWID.

Scam shops are forbidden. Punishment: May include permanent ban.

Don’t enter event area unless allowed.

Don’t interfere with events. Punishment: Minor.

GMs don’t restore items unless due to server error. Stolen items may be returned.

Epics from Clan Raids = clan property. CL can request them back if not returned.

Binding Epic to clan: CL explains it's temporary.

Member confirms in clan chat: “I will get [Epic name] from the clan for temporary use. I agree to return it on CL’s request or before leaving the clan.”

CL screenshots it with date. Update monthly.

Without screenshot, item won’t be returned!

Be careful when enchanting. If you enchanting the wrong item or used the wrong enchant scroll – we will NOT restore the item.

We have no way to verify the truthfulness of claims like “I accidentally enchanted the wrong item” so NO exceptions will be made under any circumstances, no matter how genuine your words may be.

Please be careful. Double-check what you're enchanting and with which scroll.

We can offer to restore the item for 500 Tods, but it will be returned with 0 enchant level and no augmentation.

Admins don’t interfere in politics or gameplay.

CLs can give feedback before season starts.

No special privileges for CLs.

All rules apply equally. Ultimatums not tolerated.

Rules may change.

Punishments vary by GM.

To appeal, contact the GM on Discord and be polite.
